Our Return & Exchange Policy as follows:
1. Kindly reserve all packaging materials including shipping bills and ordered products.
2. Once detected broken, please contact us within 24 hours for above request.
3. Kindly ensure that your items are meeting our terms before request and we will keep track with your status as soon as possible.
4. Refund or Exchange process will take at least five (5) working days once we received your returned products.
*You return request will be deemed invalid if we do not receive your returned goods within seven (7) days after approval.
We reserve absolute rights to reject any refund or exchange request if:
1. Reported broken products without prior checking upon received.
2. Request timeline expired.
3. Unsealed, or broken products due to personal incidents.
4. Missing shipping bills or invoice.
5. Products that are not sold by our official site.
6. Non-existing product quality defects.
7. Product illustration difference.
8. Defects on packaging box only.
*Kindly be informed that you've fully understand the shipping terms and possible risk before making any orders. Tracking numbers will be provided once order is completed and we are not liable if there's any missing goods or broken goods during shipments.
*5% of your total ordered products will be charged as returning fees if orders are cancelled due to any personal reasons.
