MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Your Membership

  • Holder’s membership points and benefits are strictly non-transferable.
  • Your membership status and points only holds for 12 months after enrolled. Kindly re-purchase to maintain your status.
  • Purchase $1500 in a single transaction or accumulate within three (3) months will be enrolled to Prestige Classic.
  • Purchase $8000 in a single transaction or accumulate to $8000 within the same calendar year will be upgraded to Prestige Signature.
  • Inactive members without transaction for over 12 months since last transaction will be terminated.
  • Newly joined members on the birthday month are not entitled for CS12 Prestige's Birthday Coupon & Points Collection.

2. Points Collection Scheme

  • Prestige Classic: HK$1 = 1 Points
  • Prestige Signature: HK$1 = 2 Points
  • Points Collection Scheme is only applicable on our official website & non-usable on our local authorised resellers or agents.
  • Birthday gift rewards and point collection are non-applicable on our local authorised resellers or agents.
  • Extra points collection during birthday month can be earned with a maximum purchase of HK$10,000.

3. Point Redemption Scheme

  • All products are subjected to stock availability on first come first serve basis.
  • Only TWO (2) same item can be redeemed at once.
  • Point Redemption Scheme will be notified via email on every January and July.
  • All redeemed gifts are non-exchangeable into cash value and non-transferable to other users.
  • CS12 Hong Kong reserves the rights to replace any similar value items without any notification.

4. Referral Rewards

  • Prestige Classic referred a new qualified Prestige Classic will earn extra 50 credits; referred a new qualified Prestige Signature will earn extra 80 credits.
  • Prestige Signature referred a new qualified Prestige Classic will earn extra 100 credits; referred a new qualified Prestige Signature will earn extra 150 credits.
  • A minimum of THREE (3) months of membership age only can be qualified to our Referral Rewards.
  • A maximum of 5 new members can be referred under ONE (1) existing Prestige Membership every calendar year.
