  • Credit amount shown in your account page is equivalent to points for product redemption purpose.
  • Kindly allow 3-5 working days to proceed your redemption request.
  • For members who redeem shopping voucher, you'll be receiving the codes via SMS, available to use on 1 August 2021 - 30 September 2021. $50 Shopping Voucher can use for order over $550; $100 Shopping Voucher can use for order over $1000. Excluding all the sets and Kaolin Rejuvenating Exfoliating Mask 25G. 
  • Our team member will deduct your points once products are successfully redeemed.
  • All product items are subjected to stock availability. Our management reserves the rights to change your gift without prior notice.
  • You product redemption request will not be entertained if there's insufficient credits in your account.
